At 2:30am local time we boarded our 16.5 hour flight home to DFW. 16 hours is a long time to be on a single airplane. I slept twice, watched 4 full length movies, and almost read a whole book. Oh, and I saw a 5 hour sunrise.

After landing in DFW, it was time for our Cook Islands, New Zealand, Australia, and Dubai Adventure to come to an end. After 11+ weeks of traveling it was nice to be home and see my family. Traveling is an amazing experience but there is nothing like coming home after a long trip to the warm embrace of loved ones.
